At Typhoon Autoworks, we're committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Shipping Costs: Please note that the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to proceed and ensure that a replacement is sent to you promptly.
